Announced today Wednesday 9 May, 2018 we suggest changing your flight, this is going to be "strongly participated" by workers. Flights the day before and after will be effected. Change your flight date before everyone else does, quick quick! Your airline will be asked to cut back flights to and from France by a certain percentage. Sometimes this is not announced till 48 hours before strike action. (As it's ATC I doubt you will be compensated, contact an expert) Remember hotels will be gobbled up by the airlines as with rental cars. Perhaps book a hotel now for just incase. Strike will ripple around the aviation network world wide.
French air traffic control Strike starts Monday 21 May, 2018, 11pm ending 5 am Wednesday local times. Airlines have been asked to cut back flights by 20%. Airports to the brunt of strike action are Orly, Lyon and Marseille.

CFDT union had planned a railway strike 14 March, 2018. Strike cancelled. Union members will meet 15 March to decide what to do. (What is the chances this strike will be rescheduled 21, 22nd?)

Rail passengers, 12,000 of them pour into Paris-Bercy bus station to catch one of the 140 buses of the day. Other bus companies Flixbus, Ouibus and Easyline loving the windfall, windfalls!
